General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 3dDrake online store. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By using our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please also read our privacy statement regarding any personal information that you may provide us with. At 3dDrake are a retailer 3D products ranging from Articulated dragons, animals and mythical creatures. We also sell 3D printed keyrings, earrings, clocks, wall art and personalized gifts.  In the United Kingdom, 3dDrake website, www.3Ddrake.com delivers to all areas of the UK including Northern Ireland. Please contact us for delivery to areas outside of the UK and we can organize this for you. 

Purchasing From The Site

All items offered for sale by 3dDrake on our website are offered on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis. This means that, by placing an order,  is not committed to provide the goods requested. We accept your order at the time we dispatch the goods to you. This represents the moment where a ‘contract of sale’ is made between 3dDrake  and you. Please note actual contracts of sale will not be filed or accessible. All contracts are concluded in English.

Your Required Information. To purchase from 3dDrake website you will need to register a number of details with us. You will be required to provide information about yourself that is up to date and accurate. The key information we will require includes your first name and surname, your e-mail address, your phone number (in case we need to contact you directly about an order query) and your delivery and billing (cardholder) address, including an accurate postcode. We will not be able to complete any transactions without the billing address of the card used to complete the purchase. Please take the utmost care when entering the above information in order to help us process your transaction and deliver your goods as quickly as possible. Please always double check your order details to confirm you are happy with the quantities and prices of the goods you wish to purchase. Always check you have selected the correct size and colour. We have specifically designed the checkout area of our site to show your basket at every step of the process, so it is clearly visible and easy to check at any time. Also, when shopping/browsing throughout the site, we have provided a drop down basket which allows you to check (and remove/add) items in your bag at any stage. Simply click on ‘Shopping Bag’ at the top right of every page. You should always check your basket contents before completing your order. Please also note that all purchases are subject to availability. Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt. This email will provide the core details of your order and the payment that will be taken from your credit card when the goods are dispatched. This confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order or a guarantee that it can be fulfilled. Should we have any queries about your order or have any problems in fulfilling your order, we will contact you directly. Should you wish to cancel your order, please see the section below on your 'Cancellation Rights'. Please note, cancellation of an order is not the same as the returns process, should you wish to return any items shipped top you. This is also detailed below in the 'Returns' section. 

Pricing & Delivery Charges 

The prices payable for all items offered on our website are clearly displayed. Our UK website displays prices in pounds sterling. All prices are shown inclusive of any selling duties, such as VAT. Your order will be based upon product prices and delivery charges at the time you submit your order. When items are reduced in price for promotional or sale periods, the new price will be displayed in red with the previous price shown in black with a strikethrough. Whilst we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the pricing on our website, the price of an item displayed at the time of your order, may very rarely be inaccurate. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order placed for mis-priced product. Should we be unable to fulfil the order due to a pricing error, we shall contact you regarding the required adjustment and provide you with the opportunity to cancel or accept the order based on the correct pricing. Should an item be reduced to a lower price after an order has been placed but before the merchandise has been delivered, the original order price will be upheld. The prices shown for items on the website do not include charges for postage and packing (delivery). Delivery charges (p&p) will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you chose. Payment, Returns & Cancellation 

Payment Methods Our website only accept PayPal payment. Please do not send cash or cheques.

Our UK site does not accept payment by American Express. We obtain authorisation for payment from your card issuer at the time you submit your order. Payment will not be taken from your card until we actually dispatch the goods you ordered to you. We reserve the right to cancel your order upon failure of card authorization. Ensuring that you are able to browse and shop safely on 3dDrake website is of paramount importance to us. We have created a secure transactional site and all payment activities are encrypted. 

Title & Risk

Items that you order remain the property of 3dDrake until we have received payment in full for those items. Risk and liability for the items pass to you on delivery. Title reverts to 3dDrake in the event that you cancel your order or return items to us. Should you need to return any items to us, liability for these items remains with you until they are received into 3dDrake warehouse.

 
 

Cancellation Right

Customers within the European Union are protected by Distance Selling Regulations. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after receipt of item(s). Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not included within this 7 day allowance period. Cancellation periods differ across the European Union and may vary from 7 – 14 days. Cancellation of orders must be made in writing. If the affected items have been dispatched to you prior to notification of cancellation, these items will need to be returned to us. Please see the Delivery and Returns section of our website for further details. IMPORTANT: please note your right to cancel is a different process to the process of returning unwanted items for refund within the permitted time. If you only wish to return items for refund or exchange (rather than cancel your original order), this can be done through the normal process described within the Delivery & Returns section of our website. 

Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery We offer one type of delivery: • UK Standard (within 2-3 working days) If you require next day delivery, please contact us on 07795576739 and a member of our team will be able to help you. This is through the Royal Mail Signed For Service. Please note that all delivery times are based around working days (Mon-Fri) and refer to the time from which we receive your order. Please note that the day we receive your order may not be the day you placed your order. If you place an order on Sunday, for example, the order will be processed through our order management system on Monday. Delivery times represent the level of service we endeavour to achieve for all orders. We are not able to guarantee to deliver products at a particular time on a particular date. On occasion we may incur internal delays, which will increase these time frames. We use Royal Mail for the distribution of our packages. On occasion delays beyond our control may be caused by Royal Mail. Packages will be delivered to the delivery address which was provided when the order was placed. You must make arrangements to receive packages dispatched to that address. A signature will be required for proof of receipt. On occasion it may be necessary to dispatch an order in separate packages or in separate batches. Where an order cannot immediately be fulfilled in its entirety you will be contacted directly to establish how you would like us to manage the remainder of your order. If your package has not been delivered within our stated delivery time, please firstly check whether Royal Mail has attempted a delivery when you were not at your delivery address. All packages sent using Royal Mail are able to be tracked once a delivery has been attempted. Returns and Refunds

Delivery UK

We plan to send out your order by the next day after receiving it. Occasionally we may not send for 3 or 4 days depending on circumstances.

Delivery International

For Europe we send out the parcel 'International signed for' through the Royal Mail or by courier.

Duty and Customs

3dDrake operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. If your order is being delivered outside of the UK, local import duty and local taxes may be applicable. Such import duties may impose a delay in your goods clearing customs, of which 3dDrake has no control. 3dDrake  is not financially responsible for any local import duties and taxes imposed on your goods. Any local duty/taxes/customs fees imposed are payable locally by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for providing any information required by Customs & Excise to ensure the goods are cleared.

Please note 3dDrake is not able to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either due to fault or unsuitability as this is a contract between the purchaser and their own country Customs & Excise. If you are unsure of whether to expect to pay duty on goods shipped to your country from the UK, please contact your local Customs & Excise office who will be able to advise you further.

All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK sales tax - VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Returns We genuinely hope you are delighted by the design, quality, originality and value of our product. However, should you wish to return any items to us, we also hope to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. Return Periods

Any items purchased may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon as you become aware of the fault. In line with Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days from the day after receipt of your goods. Items should be returned to 3dDrake at the above address. Upon receipt we will process the return and refund the full value of the order as quickly as possible (we aim for within 14 days) and at the most within 30 days of cancellation. 

Method of Return Return by Post Please be sure to complete the following - enclose all items you wish to return (in their original condition and packaging) - make sure our address is clearly displayed on the outer package and the package is carefully sealed. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items until received by us. Until this point the items remain your responsibility. We strongly advise therefore that you retain proof of postage, when returning items. We also cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us.

Product Condition 

Please be careful when trying on clothing that you are not wearing any make-up, hair product, fragrance, deodorant or other creams or substances, which may mark or damage the product. Items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be un-used and un-worn, with no marks, scent or damage. Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached. 

Refunds 

Refunds, Postage & Packing (P&P) and Additional Payments Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible (we aim for within 14 days) but customers should allow up to 30 days for a refund to be made to their credit card. Where items have been returned in exchange for other items, the balance of value between the returned items and exchanges will be credited to/debited from your card. Please see the important notes in the paragraph below on how this will be completed. In the interests of security we do not store all the required parts of your card details needed to take payment. It is important therefore that you provide your principal contact telephone number. Returned items which are accepted as faulty by Amishopfest, or items that we incorrectly despatched to you will be refunded in full. We will also include a refund for double the value of the original p&p charged by us. This is to cover the cost incurred by you when returning the faulty items. Refunds on returned items (which are not faulty) will not include the original p&p charge or the cost of returning the goods to us. 

Royal mail We use the Royal Mail for the distribution of most of our packages the UK. On occasion delays beyond our control may be caused by Royal Mail. If your package has not been delivered within our stated delivery times, please firstly check that Royal Mail has not attempted a delivery when you were out.  In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order we are required by Royal Mail to allow a total of 15 working days for them to investigate any loss and confirm failure to deliver. In the event of your order being lost, we will of course be happy to either provide a refund or resend the goods you originally requested. However, we are unable to process any refunds or redeliveries during this 15 day period required by Royal Mail to investigate the loss. Once we have accepted that your order has been lost we will contact Royal Mail to claim for our losses. Royal Mail may contact you by post to confirm our claim.
